神風、方舟、騎士軍用機著作權授權契約

Authorized Objects and Scope授權標的與範圍

Article 1      

1.            Two Types of Military Fighter F-39 Cyclone 3 Types: Saint and Star
軍用戰鬥機F-39 神風三款中之兩款：聖徒、天星

                 (a)   Saint聖徒：
    For high supersonic fighter, which has all the option Equipment Functions but not recommended to use AD Bow Type Main Wing.
 (may be similar with other fighters and reduce agility)
    適用超高音速戰機具本契約全部選配功能但不建議使用AD弓款主翼 （可能與其他戰機相似且降低靈活性）

                 (b)   Star天星：
    For OTV Orbit Transport Vehicle, only use AFork Type Main Wing and has the all the option equipment functions.
PS: If this shape type similar as other none-function game mark. Authorizee need to make sure the others’ creatures belong to which realm.
    適用軌道太空載具，只使用A餐叉款主翼並具本契約全部選配功能。註：若本款與其他未言功能遊戲商標有相似性，請受授權方再確認他方創作權領域。

                  (c)   Seed種子：
    Not in authorized objects only published for preventing plagiarism decelerate enemy armed attack from communist countries for example Russia or Mainland China. And only when legal approved by Taiwan government which sublicense to the communist countries. And will be trust by United Nations, UN and Taiwan government Co-management.
    未在本契約授權範圍內，發佈只為預防共產國家如俄羅斯或中國大陸抄襲瓢竊以減緩敵軍武力攻勢。並只在臺灣政府獲准合法由政府轉授權共產國家。並將交由聯合國與臺政府共同信託管理。
種子只具有：

i        Ogival Angel Main Wing AC Shuriken Type.
愛吉兒主翼AC忍者鏢款。

ii      Wingslet Fowler Type佛樂款翎翼
lower construction strength than Sector Type結構強度較扇型款弱

iii     Goat Horn Tail Wing V Vent Type. V開叉款羊角雙尾翼
lower concealing ability but higher agility.
較低隱形能力但具較高靈活性

iv     EDFR –

① C Edged Type Engine Inlet  C尖刃款進氣道

② Armpit (Breast) Type置腋胸款 
Lower Load but Higher Speed較低載重量但較高速

③ Long Stages Engine Compressor,，

④ Engines Spray <3 degree
Executed by T-50, Su-57. China use this part must negotiate with Russia. 發動機外八配置小於3度角，係由T-50、Su-57所創。中國大陸使用此部分需與俄羅斯協商。（the Design Spray Angle>3 degree of Inventor in the Contract only Perform not be Public Draft in 2000 創作人角度較大原設計>3度角2000僅表演公開未公開原圖）

2.            Military Bomber B-11 Ark 軍用轟炸機B-11 方舟
Recommendation - Equipmets 建議裝置：

                 (a)   Ogival Angel Main Wing Kukri Machete Type. 愛吉兒主翼反曲刀款。
and should avoid AC Shuriken Type which has less stability on bomber.
並應避免在轟炸機上使用較不穩定之AC忍者鏢款主翼。

                 (b)   Wingslet Sector Type. 扇型款翎翼。

                  (c)   Goat Horn Tail Wing V Vent Type. V岔款羊角雙尾翼。

                 (d)   EDFR：

i        C Edged Type Engine Inlet. C尖刃款進氣道。

ii      Combined Fountain Pen Type Engines Inlets.
合併鋼筆款水滴進氣道。

iii     Engines Spray 3-8 Degrees. 發動機外八配置3-8度角。

iv     Long Stages Engine Compressor. 長級距發動機壓縮機。

3.            Military Bomber B-3D Knight，軍用轟炸機B-3D 騎士
2 Types: Long Tail Type, AD Type，兩款：長尾款，AD款
Recommend Equipments: 建議裝置：

                 (a)   Ogival Angel Main Wing AD Bow Type. 愛吉兒主翼AD弓款。
    and should avoid AC Shuriken Type which has less stability on bomber.
    並應避免在轟炸機上使用較不穩定之AC忍者鏢款主翼。

                 (b)   Wingslet Fowler Type.  佛樂款翎翼。

                  (c)   Goat Horn Tail Wing A Pen Type. A筆款羊角雙尾翼。

                 (d)   EDFR：

i        Ogive Curve Type Engine Inlet. 肩型曲線款進氣道。

ii      Combined Fountain Pen Type Engines Inlets.合併鋼筆款水滴進氣道

iii     Engines Spray 3-8 Degrees. 發動機外八配置3-8度角。

iv     Long Stages Engine Compressor. 長級距發動機壓縮機。

Article 2     All Option Specific Features Equipments 所有特殊選配裝置：

1.            Ogival Angel Main Wing 愛吉兒主翼：
Function功能：
    High supersonic edged sweep back main wing.
    超高音速刃型後掠主翼。
Description說明：
    Ogival Angel Main Wing has strength mechanism structure and be suitable for each phase speed to reduce total drag. Especially different from old Concorde Ogival Main Wing on trailing edge inbound cut forward to increase pressure on rear upper surface to prevent flow separation occurred on inbound trailing edge to keep attached flow for lift when high AOA.
   
愛吉兒主翼具強力力學結構，降低總量阻力能以適應各階段速度，尤其不同於傳統協和式Ogival 主翼之處，在翼後緣內側前移，增加翼上表面後端壓力延緩翼根後緣分離流發生以保持在高攻角時翼後端內側合流提供昇力。

                 (a)   AC Shuriken Type  AC 忍者鏢款：
Witch has higher agility on speed and yawing for high supersonic for fighter. 在速度與搖曳上具高靈敏性，適用於超高音速之戰鬥機。

                 (b)   AD Bow Type AD 弓款：
Witch has higher wing area, lift, and stability for bomber (higher stability).具有較大的翼面積、昇力以及穩定性，適用於轟炸機。

                  (c)   Kukri Machete Type反曲刀款：
Reduce inbound separation occurred and larger outbound wing area for rolling agility for high climb ratio (pitch lift) aircraft.
具有更有效降低翼內側分離流發生以及較大的翼外側昇力面積維持轉向力矩高運動性，適合需要穩定快速升空高爬升率的航空器。

                 (d)   AFork Type 餐叉款：
Hypersonic for OTV (very high agility for brake and turning):
AFork Type has wide span to keep outbound lift rolling torque, edged wing to break very high shock wave drag, fork wing to disperse pressure on trailing edge and high lift for breaking to entering atmosphere. it is suitable for OTV Orbit Transition Vehicle.
具有更大翼展保持翼外側昇力轉向力矩、破大量震波阻力利刃設計、翼後緣壓力分散、高昇力的進大氣層減速能力。適合極音速越大氣層飛行航空器。

                  (e)   Wave Type Spar and Wash-In Wang 波狀翼樑與內洗平翼：
Function功能：
    Main wing inbound wingroot dihedral, outbond wingtip anhedral, and airfoil wash-in to increase rolling torque to improve agility but less structure rigid of wave type spar. 主翼內側翼跟上反、外側翼稍下反，內洗平翼強化靈活性，但波狀翼樑會減弱主翼結構應力。
Description說明：
    Main wing wingroot dihedral increasing L/D ratio & outbond wingtip anhedral to increase rolling torque. main wing washin airfoil increasing wing tip lift for rolling torque. 波浪型主翼主翼翼根上反提高升阻比、翼尖下反強化力矩靈活。內洗平翼提高翼尖昇力的轉彎力矩。

2.            Wingslet 翎翼：
Position位置：
    Wing Outbound & WingTip Leading Edge. 翼外側與翼稍前緣。
Function功能：Aileron副翼 + Slat前襟翼 + Winglet翼稍
Description說明：
    Combine with slat, aileron, and winglet function to save space, weight, and reduce torque loading to maintain highly structure strength on main wing outbound. and has extremly agilitive controlling ability and reducing induced drag on wintip. 在主翼外緣結合前副翼與翼稍功能，節省主翼外側上裝置空間、重量以及減輕力矩對結構強度的負擔，達到極靈敏操控效果還能降低翼尖誘導阻力。
2 Types兩款：

                 (a)   Sector Type 扇形款：
Because sector type has mechanism buckling strength bearing and fan-folding switch to release pressure on leading edge so that has stable structure strength.
因扇型有柱狀體強力Bucking的應力支撐，以及收合旋轉活動力，因此在面對翼前緣氣流壓力時，具有穩定結構。

                 (b)   Fowler Type and other Traditional High-Lift Device Type佛樂款以及傳統其他高升力裝置款式：
For larger aircraft, recommended using fowler type or other traditional type airfoil high-lift device for slat to save main wing space. because sector type occupy larger space hard to withdraw in main wing and not strong enough to settled at lower surface only by screw as sector fulcrum will easily loose.
對於大型機仍建議採用傳統佛樂款，較節省翼內空間，因扇型款置放翼內較佔空間收合配置不易，改置放翼下僅以螺釘作為扇型支點應力不足易脫落。

3.            Goat Horn Tail Wing 羊角尾翼：
Functions功能：Pelikan百利 + T Tail Wing T型尾翼
2 Types 兩款：

                 (a)   A Pen Tail Type A筆收尾款 (Radar Scattering 雷達波散射)

                 (b)   V Vent Tail Type V開叉尾款 (Agility靈敏性)

                  (c)   Description 說明：
    Goat horn ears type tail wing concave down arc creaking upper shock wave, reducing resonance vibration on two vertical stablizer, effective form concealing, and with Pelikan Tail controlling & T-Tail wing stable effective.羊角雙尾翼，破上表面震波、降低雙尾翼共振、有效形狀隱形、兼具百利尾翼操控能力與T型尾翼穩定功能。

4.            Eagle Beak Type Nose Cone 鷹嘴機首：
Function功能：
    Increase whole aircraft L/D Ration and radar wave absorption should be made by hard and high toughness radar absorbent material (RAM).強化整體軍機昇阻比以及雷達波吸收。但需以高強硬韌性之雷達波吸收材料製作。
Description說明：
    Eagle nose can increase lift and reduce drag to increase L/D Ratio,  compare with the same amount materials and empty weight, eagle beak nose can earn more lift to add loading weight, reduce drag and enhance radar wave absorption to reduce Radar Reflection Cross-Section RCS because of – Negative Electric Charge Sharp Corona Charge Effect. (Corona Discharge is for + Positive Charge. Radar wave is one kind of pulse current which similar as thunder is + positive charge).
鷹嘴機首可增加升力、減少阻力以增加升阻比，在等量材料與空重下，鷹嘴機首能獲取較多昇力與載重，降低阻力以及強化雷達波吸收以減少雷達反射截面積，因負電荷尖端吸電效應（尖端放電是對正電荷而言，雷達波是脈衝電流與閃電相似是正電荷）。

5.            Engine Eye Drops Fountain Reinforce Design
發動機水滴鋼筆強化設計
    Origin design included in Cyclone Fighter Design but can be disassembled to set on other aircrafts engine realm containing eye drops fountain engine inlet, long stages engine compressor, and engine splay function:
    原本設計包含在神風戰鬥機設計中，但可拆解安置在發動機領域內，包含水滴鋼筆進氣道、長級距發動機壓縮機、以及發動機外八配置功能：

                 (a)   Eye Drops Fountain Engine Inlet (EDFI) 水滴鋼筆進氣道：
2 Types Inlets Side Curve兩款進氣道側面曲線：

i        Ogive Curve Type，肩型曲線款：
Keep plenty of air flow amount at high AOA and stream flow reducing engine inlet drag at level flight.
保持高攻角的大進氣量以及平飛時的氣流順暢降低進氣道阻力。

ii      C Edged Type，C尖刃款：
Accelerate inlet air speed, enhance radar wave scattering, and less fuel consumption, but less air flow and power at the same air–fuel ratio.
加速進氣口空氣流速，強化雷達波散射以及在等量油氣比下降低油耗但較少空氣量與動力。

and 3 Types Assignment Location三款配置位置：

i        Armpit (Breast) Type，腋胸款：
Higher power and speed because of Co-Movement Effect but lower loading space.較高動力與速度因氣流共伴效應但較少承載空間。

ii      Combined Fountain Pen Type，合併鋼筆款：
Higher power and speed because of Co-Movement effect and save space for bomber.
較高動力與速度因氣流共伴效應並節省轟炸機空間。

iii     Shoulder (Side) Type，側肩款：
More loading space but lower power and speed because of engine inlets put two side can’t have Co-Movement.
較多承載空間但較低動力速度因進氣道置於兩旁無法具有共伴效應。

                 (b)   Long Stages Engine Compressor 長級距發動機壓縮機：
Function功能：
   Increase compressor stages and engine compression ratio.
   增加壓縮機級距以及發動機壓縮比。
Description說明：
    High supersonic long engine set inlet forward to increase stages &  power and to make stream airflow at inlet. 超高音速戰機發動機進氣口前移，加長發動機級距動力並使進氣道進順暢流線氣流。

                  (c)   Engine Splay發動機外八：
Functions功能：Turbine center line rear put lateral outbound 3-8 degrees.發動機渦輪中心線後外八配置3-8度角。
Description 說明：Save thrust vector lateral reaction time and supply suddenly lateral drift floating power to avoid missile attack 節省向量噴嘴側向反應時間以及提供側向瞬間平移飄動力，具避彈功能。
The United States of America can directly use Engine Splay and feedback to B-1B copyright owner because of B-3D Knight inventor performed design on 2001-12-16 with significant body language and trade retaliation measures against Russia Blackjack Tu-160 Infringement on B-1B Lancer. But besides US other Nations Should Respect Russia implemented Engine Splay 2.6^o on T-50、Su-57 in 2010.美利堅合眾國能直接使用發動機外八以及回饋B-1B著作權人，因可貿易報復俄羅斯海盜旗戰略轟炸機，但在美國以外其他國家應尊重俄國在T-50、Su-57已實施發動機外八2.6度配置。

6.            Umbrella Stress-in Wing Skin 翼雨傘應力蒙皮：
Umbrella stress-in wing skin has more structure strength to bear shear stress on skin and buckling strength on leading edge.
翼雨傘應力蒙皮具較強承受蒙皮上剪應力以及翼前緣壓曲應力之應力結構。

7.            Moral Rights Protection創作人格權保護：
Inventor designed mostly in 1997-2001 and directed members of club exhibited with potential body language (they didn’t know inventor’s secret for confidentiality) in church performing activities and conference, just like the War-Horse in Revelation, Married Virgin, Sailing Ark, Sacrificed Lamb, Bared Covenant, Five Thousand Fed, Spring Water of Life to be records of invertor’s creatures. Inventor remake some drawings in 2013-2014, and publish some origin drafts, remake drawings, and whole design theory details in 2017 as finished timing. The inventor’s drawing or performing before 1995 only can regard as art and finished the by publication in 2017. Besides the shapes of F-39 Cyclone Fighter, B-3D Knight Bomber, and B-11 Ark Bomber, if manufactures use other kinds of Shape, need to negotiate with other previous shape types copyright owner.創作發明人大部分在1997-2001年設計因保密運用宗教社團活動名義指導團員飾演啟示錄的馬、童女出嫁、方舟出海、羔羊獻祭、扛抬約櫃、食飽五千、活水江河等表演隱含展示創作人發明人軍機設計作為創作存在紀錄。創作發明人並在2013-2014年重繪部分草圖，在2017年發佈部分原圖與重繪草圖以及完整理論作為完成時點，1995年以前創作發明人之繪畫僅可作為藝術領域。在F-39神風戰機、B-3D騎士轟炸機、B-11 方舟轟炸機之外，製造廠若使用其他外型應與在創作發明人以前年份之其他較早形狀款式著作權人協商。

Consideration Payments Principle 對價給付法則

Article 3     Authorization Period授權期間：

1.            8 Years Since Jan. 1^st , 2018.
Since Effective date of this Contract Agreements Established.
自公元2018年1月1日起8年整。自簽約日起生效。

2.            Except as otherwise provided in this contract, the disposal of the stocks after the expiry of the authorization period can be indefinitely sold until the sale is completed when authorizee have paid off the premium of the stocked products, the payment account is settled and without any breach of this contract.
除本契約另約定外，授權期間屆滿後庫存之處理，受授權人或轉授權人已付清該庫存產品權利金且無任何違反本契約之情形，得無限期銷售至銷售完畢為止。

Article 4     Marketing Area銷售區域：
Authorizee and Sublicensor may Decide Sales Area and Customers by their own National Policy.
受授權人或轉授權人可自行依國家政策決定銷售區域與買主。

Article 5     Deposits and Royalty訂金與授權金

1.            Deposits訂金：

                 (a)   Authorizee should pay the deposits US$250 millions or equivalent currency since authorization period begin within 3 months.
自授權期間開始三個月內，受授權人應給付2億5千萬美金或等值貨幣作為訂金。

                 (b)   Paid deposits should be prepayment partial royalty with Interest at Federal Funds Rate.
給付之訂金應作為已給付之部分權利金，以聯準會一年定存利率計息。

2.            Royalty授權金：

                 (a)   Fighter F-39 Cyclone 戰鬥機F-39神風

i        The royalty of each fighter which price is below US$ 100 million is 19.8% of whole price.
每架戰鬥機價格低於美金1億者，權利金總價19.8%。

ii      The royalty of each fighter which price is between US$ 100 million to US$ 198 million is US$ 19.8 million.
每架戰鬥機價格介於美金1億至1億9,800萬者，權利金1,980萬美金。

iii     The royalty of each fighter which price is above US$ 198 million is 10% of whole price.
每架戰鬥機價格高於1億9,800萬者，權利金總價10%。

                 (b)   Engine Eye Drops Fountain Reinforce Design（EDFR）發動機水滴鋼筆強化設計
When EDFR put apart from the F-39 Cyclone or B-3D Knight to other aircraft engine, The royalty of each EDFR on engine is US$ 3.98 millions.
當EDFR設計從F-39神風戰鬥機或B-3D騎士轟炸機上拆解安置在別發動機上時，每部發動機EDFR設計權利金美金398萬元。

                  (c)   Bomber B-3D Knight、B-11 Ark  轟炸機B-3D騎士、B-11方舟

i        The royalty of each bomber which price is below US$ 388 million is 19.5% of whole price.
每架轟炸機價格低於美金3億8800萬者，權利金總價19.5%。

ii      The royalty of each bomber which price is between US$ 388 million to US$ 500 million is US$ 75 million.
每架轟炸機價格介於美金3億8800萬至5億者，權利金美金7500萬元。

iii     The royalty of each bomber which price is above US$ 500 million is 15% of whole price.
每架轟炸機價格高於美金5億者，權利金總價15%。

                 (d)   The design (not include manufacture) royalty of newly Bomber B-3D Knight, according to years of economy rights and shape: 1/7 is belong to B-1B copyright owner and 1/7 is belong to Concorde copyright owner, the others 5/7 belong to B-3D Knight new type inventor.
B-1B and Concorde copyrights owners have more manufacture technology easier to manufacture.
新款B-3D 騎士轟炸機之設計權利金（不含製造），依據著作財產權年限與外型，1/7應屬於B-1B著作權所有人，1/7應屬於協和式客機著作權所有人，其餘屬於B-3D騎士新款式創作發明人所有。
B-1B與協和式著作人團隊可在製造階段較多既有技術銜接。

                  (e)   Civil Crew Capsule Elevation Type Tango TailWing
民航機座艙逃生艙升降式Tango尾翼。
The Royalty of each Civil Crew Capsule Elevation Type Tango TailWing is US$ 3.98 millions.
每部民航機座艙逃生艙升降式Tango 尾翼權利金美金398萬元。

                  (f)   The 50% royalty may be paid with stocks average price of the manufacture within 3 months before payment date when the inventor agree.
當創作人同意時，權利金50%得以製造商前3個月內的等值平均股價之股票給付。

3.            Transfer Royalty轉授權金:
The ratio of transfer royalty for sublicensors in whole royalty is the same as the ratio of royalty in Whole Price of each Trade.
轉授權人之轉授權金佔授權金比例，等於授權金佔該筆交易價格之比例
Ex: The inventor obtains 19.5% royalty of whole price at some trade. Then sublicensor obtains 19.5% transfer royalty of whole royalty. The transfer royalty is equal to 19.5% x 19.5% of whole price at some trade.
Because developed countries with high-end technology and manufacture energy may have higher percentage in whole manufacture.
例：創作發明人在該筆交易中獲整體價格之19.5%作為授權金，則轉授權人可獲轉授權金授權金中的19.5%作為轉授權金，即轉授權金佔該筆交易整體授權金的19.5% x 19.5%，因已開發國家具有高階技術與至照能量在整個製造流程中能獲得較高比例。

4.            Payment Methods給付方式：
Authorizee or Sublicensor should pay the royalty or with agreed equivalent stocks to inventor own assigned bank accounts in OECD members when sales settlement within 3m and should offer financial report containing products price and amounts.
受授權人或轉授權人應於每回對外銷售結算三個月內，給付權利金或與同意之等值股票至創作人指定OECD成員國內所屬創作人帳戶，並應提供詳細記載該筆交易產品定價及生產銷售數量之財務報表。

5.            Payment Guarantee & Accounting Audit 付款憑證與財務查驗
When any of the parties in the contract doubts the royalty payment situation, the other side should offer notarization or authentication kind of payment bill, note, receipt, or invoice etc.
當契約任何一方對權利金給付情況有疑義時，另方應提供公證或存證交易發票或正式憑證等資料，以資證明款項交付。

Article 6     All attachments and later addendums are parts of this contract with legal binding agreements on each party.
本契約所附之附件或日後附約均構成本契約之一部分而有拘束力。

Article 7     Technical instruction attachments and details diagram will be attached when public formal agreement.
技術說明附件與詳細附圖待正式簽約時隨附。

Authorized Licensee 授權對象

Article 8     Authorizee and Sublicensor 受授權人與轉授權人

                 (a)   Manufacture Nations Qualification 製造之國家資格，

i        Aircrafts in which nations quoted in reference; and
發明表列參考文獻之航空器所在國家；以及

ii      Nations or regions have capacities to manufacture or import engines which at least have maximum trust 47kN above; and
具有製造或引進超音速發動機最大軍用推力47kN以上動力之國家或區域；以及
Supersonic engines power level table:
表列超音速動力分級：

① Largest Level大動力：
US美製：F119、F100、F110、J58、F135
UK英製：RR593；RU俄製：AL141、AL131

② Medium High Level中高動力：
EU歐製：EJ200；RU俄製：RD93

③ Medium Level中動力：
US美製：F414、F404；FR法製：M88、M53；RU俄製：RD33

iii     遵守國際武器相關公約的國家
Nations which Obey Related International Weapon Conventions

① 《禁止核武器條約》或《核武禁擴條約》或《部分禁止核試驗條約，禁止在大氣層、太空和水下進行核武器試驗條約》，或以同等效力法律公約實質行動遵守，制約和審判非法用核者，非領地（包含專屬經濟海域）或民眾遭主動核子武器攻擊破壞時，不得將核子作為攻擊性武器使用之國家，不論大氣層、外太空和水下，惟能源用途非武器目的不在此限。

Article 9     Inventor Reputation & Authorizee Protection Obligation
Authorizee Nations have Protection Obligation Should offer and protect the inventor the following justifiable defense rights and power:
受授權國家有保護義務，應提供與保護創作人以下正當防衛權力：

1.            Citizenship Certificates公民權：
Citizenship certificates for the inventor, whose offsprings, and some designated relatives partners.
提供創作人及後裔與指定親屬夥伴該國政府公民權。
American first and the other nations when the inventor apply.
以美國優先以及當創作人申請其他國家時。

2.            Personal & Residency Freedom and Parental Authority
人身居住自由及親權：
Inventor has Freedom to bring Offsprings to the OECD member states Not belongs to hostile forces. because of the creation involved in many international affairs, Authorizee or Sublicensor never slander or frame up the inventor or reputation because inventor maybe will acquire multiple nationality and achievements.
創作人得自由攜後裔前往非敵對勢力OECD成員國，因創作所涉國際事務甚鉅，受授權人或轉授權人不得以此破壞破壞創作人名譽因創作人未來或可能取得非敵對勢力之多重國籍。

Life and property protection on the inventor and whose offsprings from threaten and illegal interferences.
保護創作人與其後裔之生命財產安全免於威脅與非法干擾。

Equivalent Judicial Immunity & PIC Rights and Authority to protect self and children safety, lives and health, inventions storage equipments and objects, and  receipt financials.
相當PIC權力與司法免責權，保護自身和孩子生命健康安全、發明儲存裝置和物件、和收款財務。

When others such as manufacturers or academic works need to cited the creatures, they must mark the inventor Statutory name 汪曦恩, Cyon Wang, Hsi-En or self-own functional departmentalization registered aliases SCean Wang, or legal romanization Wang, Syi-En  or Wang, Si-En or Wang, Shi-En, or self-invented registered Cywen(CIWN) romanization name Ci-En Wang or Cy-N Wang. And cite the work track as academic references. 

製造商或學術單位引用本著作時，需標明創作人法定姓名汪曦恩, Cyon Wang, Hsi-En 或依汪曦恩自擁有天水洋行 功能分部之登記別名 SCean  Wang、合法拼音姓名 Wang, Syi-En、Wang, Si-En、Wang, Shi-En、或登記自發明曦文拼音法姓名Ci-En Wang、Cy-N Wang, 以及學術著作參考文獻。

6.            Honor Awards 名譽授勳：
None-remunerate, None-hired, None-appointed Honor Title and Awards for the inventor equal to above OF6-8 for the designed aircrafts authority keeping away from threaten and illegal interferences. 為所創作設計航空器授權免於威脅與非法干擾，予創作人等同名譽授勳職銜北大西洋公約組織OF6-8准將至中將以上之名譽不受薪非受雇非受聘名銜或和發明創作相關之榮譽博士學位

7.            Self-Defense Weapons Permission自我防衛武器容許權：

契約責任與違約罰則
Contract Responsibility and Punitive Default Penalty

Article 10  遲延給付違約金 Delayed Payment Punitive Default Penalty
Delayed in payment is not a condition of contract termination, but must pay deferred interest and punitive default penalty.
遲延給付不作為解約條件，惟需支付遲延利息及懲罰性違約金。
When payment delay more than one year, the amount of punitive default penalty use the number of delay years as times of royalties besides royalties and interests. but the punitive default penalty shouldn’t above 6 times according to parts of law and usual conventions. 遲延給付超過一年者，需支付以遲延年數作為在權利金及利息之外之懲罰性違約金倍數。但依據法律與慣例，懲罰性違約金不宜超過權利金六倍。
Ex: Payment delay 2 years 3 months use 2.25 times of royalties as punitive default penalty besides royalties and interests.
Delays in payment of more than one year are subject to double premiums as punitive default penalty. 例：遲延兩年三個月給付應以2.25倍作為權利金與利息之外懲罰性違約金。
If Authorizee or Sublicensor has arears in royalties of previous trade, inventor may cease the authorization of production and marketing to Authorizee or Sublicensor until the payment is clear.
製造商若有前筆交易未給付情事，創作人得停止授權製造商生產、銷售直至給付權利金與違約金而恢復生產、銷售。

Article 11  Nominal Products Amount生產額定數量
If each party violate the provisions of this contract, each party still should fulfil the contractual obligations and remedy other sides force majeure faults. And all Authorizee or Sublicensor should pay the royalties of at least 800 units of F39 Cyclone, 1950 units of EDFR, 85 units B-3D Knight, and 5 units of B-11 Ark for Terminating of contract and can produce such equivalent amount units above. to renew and enhance authorizee or sublicensor all military defense ability in future 50 years and reduce budget waste.
雙方若有違反本契約之約定，契約各方仍需盡契約內容上之義務責任與彌補彼方不可抗力時之過失。被授權人或轉授權人仍應給付至少800部F-39神風、1950部水滴進氣道、85部B-3D騎士、5部B-11 方舟以上與生產上述等量數量方終止專屬契約。以更新強化受授權人以及轉授權人轉授權目標之未來50年軍事國防能力以及減少預算浪費。

Article 12  Selected Jurisdiction Competent Court 專屬管轄法院
In the event of any dispute over this contract, each party agrees to negotiate first and to be settled in this principle of good faith. If the event of failure to negotiate, each part agrees contentious jurisdiction to be ruled by one or many of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, the Intellectual Property High court of Japan, The High Court of Singapore, or United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
就本契約所生爭執，雙方同意本於誠信原則協商解決。若無法協商而涉訟，雙方同意得以海牙國際法院（International Court of Justice， ICJ）、英國樞密院司法委員會（Judicial Committee of the Privy Council）、日本知的財產高等裁判所（Intellectual Property High court of Japan）、新加坡高級法院（High Court of Singapore）、美國聯邦巡迴第九上訴法院為自選一審管轄法院。

Article 13  Technology Information Confidentiality技術資訊保密
Inventor must protect copyrights to publish own creatures and products instruction not to subject to the limits of confidentiality before agreements Contract. Authorizee or Sublicensor are under the duty of confidentiality to authorized objects information on experiments, blueprints, adjustments, manufactures, assembling, and marketing in processes. only when inventor, Authorizee or Sublicensor, Manufactures deliveries between one another or manufactures information transmission for cooperation with cooperated third parties are not to subject to the limits of confidentiality.創作發明人對於維護自身著作權，契約簽訂前之著作公開發佈排他與產品說明，不在保密限制範圍內。受授權人或轉授權人對於授權標的實驗、調整、藍圖、製造、組裝、販售過程之資訊負有保密義務。惟創作發明人、受授權人或轉授權人與製造商間，或製造廠與合作第三方間之資訊傳遞不在保密責任範圍內。

Article 14  Contract Personnel Information Protection契約個人資訊保護
Each party of this contract may publish contract in announcement as notarization with digital certificate signature chapter and official seals, but in conditions of keep pen signature and seal stamps in confidentiality.
other types contract announcement only exhibit with text.
Inventor publishs the drafts on website for protecting copyright not to subject to the limits.
本契約內容雙方得以不洩漏創作人印章、簽名只顯示電子憑證之簽名樣章、政府官章作為政府文書公證公開。其他公開契約方法僅限印刷文字。創作發明人草圖已網路公開發佈享排他權以保障著作權不在此限。

Article 15  Adjust or Change Situation 調整改變情況
When Authorizee or Sublicensor adjust or change the content of creatures for application, should inform the inventor. If the change or adjust with dispute about litigation, Authorizee or Sublicensor should protect their manufactures and marketing rights by themselves. The inventor shall only provide creative information to assist Authorizee or Sublicensor but not bear joint and several liability guarantee.
受授權人或轉授權人運用本著作時，若調整變更本著作之內容應通知創作人，倘發生法律爭議，受授權或轉授權人應本於自身利益保護製造販售利益，創作發明人只提供創作資訊協助，不負連帶保證責任。

Article 16  Inventor Guarante創作發明人保證
The inventor guarantee that the designed creatures are indeed created by Cyon Wang independently, with all evidences and law principle analysis  besides B-3D Knight has a little parts of previous version bomber and civil aircraft. If inventor suffers from bad competitors or hostile forces plagiarism, defamation, false accusation, or other copyright violations, Authorizee and Sublicensor should protect moral and property rights of the inventor to facilitate the manufacture proceeding and marketing.
創作發明人保證本著作確實為自身獨立創作之作品，有各項證據確證與法律原則解析，除B-3D騎士小部分運用先前版本轟炸機或民航機。若創作人遭受競爭者或敵對勢力抄襲瓢竊或惡意毀謗等侵害著作權行為，受授權人及轉授權人應保護創作發明人之著作人格權與財產權以利製造廠之製造販售與權利之維護。

契約收執與文書送達 Contract Copy & Documents Reception

Article 17 This contract is made in triplicate held for each party and one for notarization or declaration that should be by each party. Inventor signed this contract preliminary with digital certificate signature chapter as pdf documents sent by e-mail until stamped 7 assigned seals of inventor, written signatures of pen and brush by inventor with synchronization of video and notary process to finish completely agreement procedure. Inventor, notary unit and Authorizee or Sublicensor should preserve the digital certificate signature chapter pdf contract in sent e-mail and notary process written signatures contract. If any party dispute the contract version authenticity, corresponded with all legal requirements version is real.
本契約各方各執參份並保存壹份公證為憑。創作發明人暨著作權人契約初步以電子憑證簽署PDF，以正式公證程序與全程錄影，簽署時以七印章、書法、硬筆簽署方完成契約完整程序。受授權人暨轉授權人與公證單位應保存電子信函內電子憑證簽署版本與公證程序紙本簽署程序，若有任何一方對契約版本真實性有疑義，符合全部法律要件者系真實者。

Article 18 Written notices and information, statements, and documents regulated in this contract should be delivered to E-mail 089CyonWang@gmail.com . Formal documents need paper type to be approved should be delivered with notary methods. Paper type formal documents need to be delivered by post mail, sender should confirm receiver’s current living address and evidence with served certificate. If each party of contract certifies the delivery position is not current address of receiver, the post mails will be treated as non-delivered.
依本契約之書面通知或訊息報表，應以電子信函 089CyonWang@gmail.com  為準，正式文書非紙本不能證明之文件應以公證方式交付，正式紙本證明文書公證方式不能交付者，應先經確認時下居住通訊地址送達證書為憑。契約一方若證明郵寄地址非時下居住通訊地址者，郵件皆以未送達視之。

Article 19  Force Majeure Situation不可抗力情事
If the inventor meet force majeure situation, Authorizee or Sublicensor may regard the same as to receive the required conditions to incur obligation debts and inventor creditor's rights because of royalty to execute authorization. however, inventor or offspring first fall heir at law(joshua wang, elim wang, other consanguinities follow the ratio for degree of kinship equation and DNA similarity), or will designated estate manager （also be designed guardian by will）subsequent ratification denied be invalid.
若創作發明人遇有不可抗力之情事，受授權人或轉授權人得以同意自身負債與創作發明人之債權與必須條件行使所受之授權。但經創作發明人及所屬首要後裔繼承人汪詠旭、汪詠聆（其他血親依DNA相似度親等遠近比例公式計算）、遺產管理人（兼任遺囑指定監護人）否認者無效。
