2 Types
兩款:
                 (a)   Sector Type 扇形款
Because sector type has mechanism strength bearing and fan-folding switch to release pressure on leading edge so that has stable structure strength.
因扇型有柱狀體強力的應力支撐,以及收合旋轉活動力,因此在面對翼前緣氣流壓力時,具有穩定結構。
                 (b)   Fowler Type and other Traditional High-Lift Device Type佛樂款以及傳統其他高升力裝置款式
For larger aircraft, recommended using fowler type or other traditional type airfoil high-lift device for slat to save main wing space. because sector type occupy larger space hard to withdraw in main wing and not strong enough to settled at lower surface only by screw as sector fulcrum will easily loose.
對於大型機仍建議採用傳統佛樂款,較節省翼內空間,因扇型款置放翼內較佔空間收合配置不易,改置放翼下僅以螺釘作為扇型支點應力不足易脫落。

    Eagle nose can increase lift and reduce drag to increase L/D Ratio, compare with the same amount materials and empty weight, eagle beak nose can earn more lift to add loading weight, reduce drag and enhance radar wave absorption to reduce Radar Reflection Cross-Section RCS because of – Negative Electric Charge Sharp Corona Charge Effect. (Corona Discharge is for + Positive Charge. Radar wave is one kind of pulse current which similar as thunder is + positive charge).
鷹嘴機首可增加升力、減少阻力以增加升阻比,在等量材料與空重下,鷹嘴機首能獲取較多昇力與載重,降低阻力以及強化雷達波吸收以減少雷達反射截面積,因負電荷尖端吸電效應(尖端放電是對正電荷而言,雷達波是脈衝電流與閃電相似是正電荷)。

Article 1     Deposits and Royalty訂金與授權金
1.            Deposits訂金:
                 (a)   Authorizee should pay the deposits US $39.8 millions or equivalent currency for example NT$ 1,139.8 millions since authorization period beginning.
自授權期間起,受授權人應給付398十萬美金或等值貨幣例11398十萬台幣作為訂金。
                 (b)   Paid deposits should be prepayment partial royalty with Interest at Federal Funds Rate.
給付之訂金應作為已給付之部分權利金,以聯準會一年定存利率計息。
2.            Business Policy Royalty通商決策授權金
The business policy royalty of each aircraft for Mutual Fund Agent Group is 50% of unit price minus the royalty for Invertor and Co-Owners
每架基金代理團通商決策權利金,一律為單價50%扣除發明人與共有人權利金之餘額。
                 (a)   Fighter F-39 all & derived types  F-39各型別衍伸款戰鬥機
i        The royalty of each fighter which unit price is below US$ 100 million is 19.80% of unit price for Invertor and Co-Owners.
每架戰鬥機價格低於美元1億者,發明人與共有人權利金每架19.80%
ii      The royalty of each fighter which unit price is between US$ 100 million to US$ 180 million is US$ 19.80 million for Invertor and Co-Owners.
每架戰鬥機價格介於1億至18千萬美元者,發明人與共有人權利金每架1,980萬美元。
iii     The royalty of each fighter which unit price is above US$ 180 million is 11% of unit price for Invertor and Co-Owners.

                 (b)   Bomber B-3D KnightB-11 Frontier 轟炸機B-3D騎士、B-11 疆界
i        The royalty of each bomber which unit price is below US$ 385 million is 18.8% of unit price.

ii      The royalty of each bomber which unit price is between US$ 385 million to US$ 580 million is US$ 72.5 million.

EDFR設計從F-39神風戰鬥機或B-3D騎士轟炸機上拆解安置在別發動機上時,每部發動機之EDFR發明人與共有人權利金,每部發動機單價19.8%或航機單價3%以上
                 (d)   When any part needs to sell from whole copyrights, they need to pay royalty according to manufacturing amounts and ratio of copyrights, and need to be decided by Inventor, Co-owners, Agent Groups through Board and Shareholders Meetings and Conferences.
各部件從著作權內分離銷售時,需依使用數量與著作權比例支付全體獲利人授權金並經發明與共有人與代理團之董事股東會議決策。
                  (e)   The 50% royalty may be paid with stocks average price of the manufacture within 3 months before payment date when the inventor agrees.
當發明人同意時,權利金50%得以製造商前3個月內的等值平均股價之股票給付。
4.            Payment Methods給付方式:
Authorizee or Sublicensor should pay the royalty or with agreed equivalent stocks or real estate to inventor own assigned bank accounts, especially better way in OECD members when sales settlement within 3m and should offer financial report containing products price and amounts.
受授權人或轉授權人應於每回對外銷售結算三個月內,給付權利金或與發明人同意之等值股票或不動產至創作人指定帳戶內,以OECD成員國內所屬發明人帳戶為佳,並應提供詳細記載該筆交易產品定價及生產銷售數量之財務報表。

5.            Payment Guarantee & Accounting Audit 付款憑證與財務查驗
When any of the parties in the contract doubts the royalty payment situation, the other side should offer notarization or authentication kind of payment bill, note, receipt, or invoice etc.
當契約任何一方對權利金給付情況有疑義時,另方應提供公證或存證交易發票或正式憑證等資料,以資證明款項交付。


Article 4     Agent Affairs 代理制度
1.            Agent Qualification代理權資格
Who Paid the Deposits and Exercise Article 9 Inventor Reputation & Authorizee Protection Obligation in this Contract have the privilege to be a local agent at Manufacturer & Selling Area.
已給付訂金者並行使本契約第九條尊榮創作人及保護義務,享有製造販售區域之代理人資格。
2.            Agent Reward / Transfer Royalty代理報酬/轉授權金:
                (a)   The ratio of transfer royalty for agents in whole royalty is the same as the ratio of royalty in Whole Price of each Trade.
轉授權人之代理人報酬佔授權金比例,等於授權金佔該筆交易價格之比例。
Ex: The inventor obtains 39.8% royalty of whole price at some trade. Then sublicense agent or obtains 39.8% transfer royalty of whole royalty. The transfer royalty is equal to 39.8% x 39.8% of whole price at some trade.
例:創作發明人在該筆交易中獲整體價格之39.8%作為授權金,則轉授權人可獲轉授權金授權金中的39.8%作為轉授權金,即轉授權金佔該筆交易整體授權金的39.8% x 39.8%
             (b)   But the agent rewards of developed countries may earn rigid ratio of 25%~39.8% of inventor royalty because of higher economical level.但已開發國家具有較高經濟水準,能獲得固定授權金內25%~39.8%之固定代理報酬比例。
                 (c)   Who paid with joint funders share the agent rewards with stockholder proportion & other kinds of contributions.
共同出資者,依出資比例與其他方式貢獻享代理人報酬。
            
3.            Designate Delegation Rights 指定代表權力
When Inventor Designate Somebodies as Representative or Members    of Delegation, authorizee or agents should not refuse.

Article 6     Nominal Products Amount額定生產數量
If each party violate the provisions of this contract, each party still should fulfil the contractual obligations and remedy other sides force majeure faults. And all Authorizee or Sublicensor should pay the royalties of at least 195 units of F39 Cyclone, 398 units of F-39 Aquila, Strom, or Da Vinci, 800 units of EDFR, 17 units B-3D Knight, and 38 units of B-11 Frontier for Terminating of contract and can produce such equivalent amount units above. to renew and enhance authorizee or sublicensor all military defense ability in future 50 years and reduce budget waste.
雙方若有違反本契約之約定,契約各方仍需盡契約內容上之義務責任與彌補彼方不可抗力時之過失。被授權人或轉授權人仍應給付至少185F-39神風、398F-39 海鵰、暴風或達文西、800部水滴進氣道、17B-3D騎士、38B-11 神界以上,生產上述等量數量方終止專屬契約。以更新強化受授權人以及轉授權人未來50年軍事國防能力目標以及減少預算浪費。

2.            Except as otherwise provided in this contract, the disposal of the stocks after the expiry of the authorization period can be indefinitely sold until the sale is completed when authorizee have paid off the premium of the stocked products, the payment account is settled and without any breach of this contract.
除本契約另約定外,授權期間屆滿後庫存之處理,受授權人或轉授權人已付清該庫存產品權利金且無任何違反本契約之情形,得無限期銷售至銷售完畢為止。

Article 9     Inventor Reputation & Authorizee Protection Obligation
Authorizee Nations have Protection Obligation Should offer and protect the inventor the following justifiable defense rights and power:

Citizenship certificates for the inventor, whose offsprings, and some designated relatives partners.

製造商或學術單位引用本著作時,需標明創作人姓名汪曦恩, Cyon Wang or Wang, C.N. 以及學術著作參考文獻。
以及當創作人要求時不具名匿名。
6.            Honor Awards 名譽授勳:
Honor Title and Awards for the inventor equal to OF6-8 rank and famous university Aeronautics Engineering honorary doctorate for the designed aircrafts authority keeping away from threaten and illegal interferences. The Honor Title and Awards for the inventor at any Main Nation in NATO is equally authentic needn’t to repeat at other nations.
為所創作設計航空器授權免於威脅與非法干擾,予創作人等同名譽授勳職銜北大西洋公約組織OF6-8准將至中將之職位以及知名大學航空工程榮譽博士學位。北大西洋公約組織中一主要國家即有同等效力無須再度受勳。

契約責任與違約罰則
Contract Responsibility and Punitive Default Penalty
Article 10  遲延給付違約金 Delayed Payment Punitive Default Penalty
Delayed in payment is not a condition of contract termination, but must pay deferred interest and punitive default penalty.
遲延給付不作為解約條件,惟需支付遲延利息及懲罰性違約金。
When payment delay more than one year, the amount of punitive default penalty use the number of delay years as times of royalties besides royalties and interests. but the punitive default penalty shouldn’t above 6 times according to parts of law and usual conventions.
遲延給付超過一年者,需支付以遲延年數作為在權利金及利息之外之懲罰性違約金倍數。但依據法律與慣例,懲罰性違約金不宜超過權利金六倍。
Ex: Payment delay 2 years 3 months use 2.25 times of royalties as punitive default penalty besides royalties and interests.
Delays in payment of more than one year are subject to double premiums as punitive default penalty.
例:遲延兩年三個月給付應以2.25倍作為權利金與利息之外懲罰性違約金。
If Authorizee or Sublicensor has arears in royalties of previous trade, inventor may cease the authorization of production and marketing to Authorizee or Sublicensor until the payment is clear.
製造商若有前筆交易未給付情事,創作人得停止授權製造商生產、銷售直至給付權利金與違約金而恢復生產、銷售。
Article 11  Selected Jurisdiction Competent Court 專屬管轄法院
In the event of any dispute over this contract, each party agrees to negotiate first and to be settled in this principle of good faith. If the event of failure to negotiate, each part agrees contentious jurisdiction to be ruled by one or many of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, the Intellectual Property High court of Japan, The High Court of Singapore, or United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
就本契約所生爭執,雙方同意本於誠信原則協商解決。若無法協商而涉訟,雙方同意得以海牙國際法院(International Court of Justice ICJ)、英國樞密院司法委員會(Judicial Committee of the Privy Council)、日本知的財產高等裁判所(Intellectual Property High court of Japan)、新加坡高級法院(High Court of Singapore)、美國聯邦巡迴第九上訴法院為自選一審管轄法院。

Article 12  Technology Information Confidentiality技術資訊保密
Inventor must protect copyrights to publish own creatures and products instruction not to subject to the limits of confidentiality before agreements Contract. Authorizee or Sublicensor are under the duty of confidentiality to authorized objects information on experiments, blueprints, adjustments, manufactures, assembling, and marketing in processes. only when inventor, Authorizee or Sublicensor, Manufactures deliveries between one another or manufactures information transmission for cooperation with cooperated third parties are not to subject to the limits of confidentiality.
創作發明人對於維護自身著作權,契約簽訂前之著作公開發佈排他與產品說明,不在保密限制範圍內。受授權人或轉授權人對於授權標的實驗、調整、藍圖、製造、組裝、販售過程之資訊負有保密義務。惟創作發明人、受授權人或轉授權人與製造商間,或製造廠與合作第三方間之資訊傳遞不在保密責任範圍內。
Article 13  Contract Personnel Information Protection契約個人資訊保護
Each party of this contract may publish contract in announcement as notarization with digital certificate signature chapter and official seals, but in conditions of keep pen signature and seal stamps in confidentiality.

Inventor publishs the drafts on website for protecting copyright not to subject to the limits.
本契約內容雙方得以不洩漏創作人印章、簽名只顯示電子憑證之簽名樣章、政府官章作為政府文書公證公開。其他公開契約方法僅限印刷文字。創作發明人草圖已網路公開發佈享排他權以保障著作權不在此限。
Article 14  Adjust or Change Situation 調整改變情況
When Authorizee or Sublicensor adjust or change the content of creatures for application, should inform the inventor. If the change or adjust with dispute about litigation, Authorizee or Sublicensor should protect their manufactures and marketing rights by themselves. The inventor shall only provide creative information to assist Authorizee or Sublicensor but not bear joint and several liability guarantee.
受授權人或轉授權人運用本著作時,若調整變更本著作之內容應通知創作人,倘發生法律爭議,受授權或轉授權人應本於自身利益保護製造販售利益,創作發明人只提供創作資訊協助,不負連帶保證責任。
Article 15  Inventor Guarantee創作發明人保證
The inventor guarantee that the designed creatures are indeed created by Cyon Wang independently, with all evidences and law principle analysis  besides B-3D Knight has a little parts of previous version bomber and civil aircraft. If inventor suffers from bad competitors or hostile forces plagiarism, defamation, false accusation, or other copyright violations, Authorizee and Sublicensor should protect moral and property rights of the inventor to facilitate the manufacture proceeding and marketing.
創作發明人保證本著作確實為自身獨立創作之作品,有各項證據確證與法律原則解析,除B-3D騎士小部分運用先前版本轟炸機或民航機。若創作人遭受競爭者或敵對勢力抄襲瓢竊或惡意毀謗等侵害著作權行為,受授權人及轉授權人應保護創作發明人之著作人格權與財產權以利製造廠之製造販售與權利之維護。

All attachments and later
addendums are parts of this contract with legal binding agreements on each party. Technical instruction attachments and details diagram will be attached when public formal agreement.
本契約所附之附件或日後附約均構成本契約之一部分而有拘束力。
技術說明附件與詳細附圖待正式簽約時隨附。
契約收執與文書送達 Contract Copy & Documents Reception
Article 17  This contract is made in triplicate held for each party and one for notarization or declaration that should be by each party. Inventor signed this contract preliminary with digital certificate signature chapter as pdf documents sent by e-mail until stamped 7 assigned seals of inventor, written signatures of pen and brush by inventor with synchronization of video and notary process to finish completely agreement procedure. Inventor, notary unit and Authorizee or Sublicensor should preserve the digital certificate signature chapter pdf contract in sent e-mail and notary process written signatures contract. If any party dispute the contract version authenticity, corresponded with all legal requirements version is real.
本契約各方各執參份並保存壹份公證為憑。創作發明人暨著作權人契約初步以電子憑證簽署PDF,以正式公證程序與全程錄影,簽署時以七印章、書法、硬筆簽署方完成契約完整程序。受授權人暨轉授權人與公證單位應保存電子信函內電子憑證簽署版本與公證程序紙本簽署程序,若有任何一方對契約版本真實性有疑義,符合全部法律要件者系真實者。
Article 18  Written notices and information, statements, and documents regulated in this contract should be delivered to E-mail 089CyonWang@gmail.com . Formal documents need paper type to be approved should be delivered with notary methods. Paper type formal documents need to be delivered by post mail, sender should confirm receiver’s current living address and evidence with served certificate. If each party of contract certifies the delivery position is not current address of receiver, the post mails will be treated as non-delivered.
依本契約之書面通知或訊息報表,應以電子信函 089CyonWang@gmail.com 為準,正式文書非紙本不能證明之文件應以公證方式交付,正式紙本證明文書公證方式不能交付者,應先經確認時下居住通訊地址送達證書為憑。契約一方若證明郵寄地址非時下居住通訊地址者,郵件皆以未送達視之。
Article 19  Force Majeure Situation不可抗力情事
If the inventor meet force majeure situation, Authorizee or Sublicensor may regard the same as to receive the required conditions to incur obligation debts and inventor creditor's rights because of royalty to execute authorization. however, inventor or offspring first fall heir at law( Joshua wang, Elim wang, other consanguinities follow the ratio for degree of kinship equation and DNA similarity), or will designated estate manager
also be designed guardian by willsubsequent ratification denied be invalid.
若創作發明人遇有不可抗力之情事,受授權人或轉授權人得以同意自身負債與創作發明人之債權與必須條件行使所受之授權。但經創作發明人及所屬首要後裔繼承人汪詠旭、汪詠聆(其他血親依DNA相似度親等遠近比例公式計算)、遺產管理人(兼任遺囑指定監護人)否認者無效。

  4. 為因應臺灣本地對台灣獨立之渴求,本人受迫於潛規則之無奈,將請各國支持中華民國在臺灣政府加入聯合國之條件,從「以不台獨為前提」更為「以符合國際規範為前提」。原本條文寫「以不台獨為前提」之原因是因為台獨目前違反國際規範會導致臺島陷入戰爭危機。

  5. 本人對統一或臺獨多年保持言論自由的尊重,但在國際規範與現實中不符合目前臺灣民眾的安全利益,只有在聯合國投票或中美大國間公約改變現狀之後才有以和諧方法實現之可能。

    一、榮譽、信用、訂金出資貢獻有助國家航太工程或機械製造本門產業發展者
    1.與銷售產品相關之出資貢獻訂金或移轉預算名目之本職政府部門。例:中華民國空軍、中山科學研究院
    2.有助國家工商產業發展之出資貢獻訂金企業。例:鴻海科技(零組件製造)、經濟部漢翔公司(組件製造)
    3.遵守原授權契約第九條之尊榮創作人條款之政府部門、學校。
    例:總統府、行政院、
    中華民國空軍(榮譽受勳)
    國防大學(空軍學院榮譽博士)、成功大學(航太工程榮譽博士)

    訂金出資額度:新台幣11.398億或美金3980萬

    二、代理人報酬比例分配依據榮譽、信用、訂金出資貢獻比例
    在總體獲利不超過60%為前提下,創作人在高階產品較低比例獲利保障實質10%獲利
    創作人獲利比例再乘以該比例成數,以激勵代理團對外斡旋之總體獲利
    (即授權金在總體獲利50%,創作人上限25%,代理人團25%上限)
    例:
    授權金在總體獲利39.8%時,創作人39.8%x60.02%,代理團39.8%x39.8%
    授權金在總體獲利50%時,創作人50%x50%,代理團50%x50%
