Since Cold War Confrontation Age
in the 1960’s, America and Soviet separately invented F-15 and Su-27 Series to
hegemony Capitalism and Communism World for 3-5 decades. Next medium high-end
F-18 and Mig-29 aerodynamic shapes were hard to correspond to future fighters
performance demand. European Rafale, Typhoon still persist on triangle lazy
design, which has the weakness on lack turning moments and easily occurred
separation flow at wingroot trailing edge. Eventually the newest J-20 in
Mainland China combine Euro type and F-22 shape still have the triangle main
wing and inappropriate canard position weakness above. America claim the best
F-22 only depend on low observable painting (LO technology), electronic
warfare, and weapon cabin technologies to nominally sovereign the fighters
world for 2 decades but aerodynamics performance is still hard to compare with
previous generation Su-27 series. Much less F-35 pursue conventional and short

自美蘇冷戰1960年代,F-15,Su-27分別稱霸資本世界和共產世界戰機達50年,F-18和Mig-29系列空氣動力設計外型已難以趕上未來世界戰機之需求,歐洲颱風、拉法葉戰機仍執著於轉向力矩不足和翼根後緣易失速之三角翼簡單設計,大陸號稱最新殲20系列,綜合F-22,亦不出上述三角翼、鴨翼非適位置缺点。F-22憑靠塗層和電子隱形技術稱雄,但事實纏鬥性能仍堪慮。F-35追求單一化機種垂直起降短場起降同時,卻失傳傳統戰機空氣動力性能需求。
因此,F-39發明人暨功能說明人把握此關鍵時機,重製與展示早年自身作品見以下所述:

1984年在SONY新力兒童寫生比賽,時年五歲的汪錫恩(現名:汪曦恩)在天空領域 繪製在山前的小鯊魚鰭、山上的船帆(爾後年份設計為翎翼)、鳥的鴨翼而贏得該次比賽獎項作為藝術展覽紀錄方式。

1987年時年八歲的汪錫恩(現名:汪曦恩)構想戰機裝置山羊角或綿羊角尾翼,並具體和兩隻山羊拍照,由父母拍攝作為公開攝影之紀錄方法。

1995年時年十六歲的汪錫恩(現名:汪曦恩),在建國高中工藝課內,以10cm x 3cm x 3cm 藍色透光壓克力材質,雕刻一把石中劍,劍柄上具有機首機身前段外型、協和、蘇霍伊T-10主翼前緣、護手翼龍首作為戰機側視圖前段和翎翼收放方式;石上有山羊綿羊角尾翼45度角圖和側視圖、AC翼龍右翼可調整為AD弓款右翼旁有三角忍者飛鏢作為天鵝航空器的主翼、忍者飛鏢上有小鯊魚鰭、大鵝頭右側有龍鬚彎刀稱鴨翼、以石在地上視角右側前方大斜眼進氣道裝在科學小飛俠藍鳳凰號上、西洋棋曲線中間涵道設計置放在雙引擎雙乳配置之對面,一面探討以萊茵河以西德國領土賠償猶太人議題類似現任美國總統川普先生背面肖像。並刊載在1997年畢業紀念冊並由當時18歲作者汪錫恩標註以光照作為解密方法。該雕塑可能由國民政府情治部門傳送轉換以周星馳電影和日本遊戲作為公開紀錄作為作品證明存在。

1997至1998年,時年十八歲的汪錫恩(現名:汪曦恩)透過全國大學聯合招募考試錄取成功大學航空太工程系第三名,在校再一回構圖繪製戰機45度角具體外觀具有可收放式山羊或綿羊角尾翼、翼龍忍者鏢關刀主翼、鷹嘴機首、前視圖和翎翼與傳統翼尖掛垂筒之比較在自擁有之教科書上,但因協和式、T-10主翼前緣、協和機首、G-1翼龍翼尖和翼後緣著作權,維持分離狀態。

1998年至2002年,2001年畢業於成功大學航空太空工程系,並在交通通訊管理科學研究所交通工程組入學考獲第一名成績。數年間汪錫恩(現名:汪曦恩)在教會或學校社團活動,將自身所發明構圖在自擁有教科書上目前稱為F-39之戰機,持續以演繹和攝影作為公開紀錄各部件之方法,並在先前雕刻的石中劍劍柄上標註右側龍鬚鴨翼和左側C手進氣道位置。該本汪錫恩航太90級之教科書,曾由2001年成功大學校長吳京先生和汪錫恩父親汪乃紀見證,或許有外國情治體系在序言前之首頁以繪製美國西岸彷彿現任美國總統川普先生吹號和教育部長在2004年有言顛倒的台灣認證。

2017至2018年,汪曦恩=汪錫恩(2014年12月31日英文名 Wang, Cean 2017年11月7日英文名 Cyon Wang)在本案申請F-39專利,並公開在Facebook、Blogger上,並向世上G7領導人twitter網站公開著作權,並傳遞至主要戰機製造廠包含波音、歐戰、洛克希德馬丁,以及政治中心美國白宮,臺灣政府單位包含總統府、最高行政法院、交通部、民用航空局、法務部和內政部透過傳輸權擷取得,以及將在之後以更新版本契約傳送至英國、日本、法國政治中心以及中華民國臺灣國防部,以保護和推銷自身所擁有之頂尖優秀世界未來戰機作品。
